Where are December Referrals?

We are waiting for the December referrals to come and the CCAA (China Center of Adoption Affairs) has not updated their website.

We have no word on how much longer before they arrive. There is some speculation that they will be late b/c of the New Year and also, our agency is in CO and they have a lot of snow and many things are 'shut down'.
