TRAVEL APPROVALS!!!!!
We got our TA today! We now have permission from China to travel! Our agency faxed the Consulate today requesting our appointment...the appointment all our travel hinges on - and we needed our TA to get that appointment!
So we should know more soon. When we receive our appointment date (CA), I think we can start making arrangements to travel. Still a little fuzzy on when we can acutally book the flights!

Hi Tressa - Just wondered what travel group # you're in, so we can watch your progress on the CCAI Website too? Is the other couple from the Reunion in your travel group too? Do they have a blog? We're Group #1235. There are families in my group that have children from another orphanage and families with daughters from Guixi that are not in my group! That was a surprise to me as I'm sure it is to you!
The other couple, Adam and Patty, are in a different group (they are not blogging btw). They are also going to a different province.
But both of us will fly to HK first and end in HK for Consulate Appts.
We are not sure if their group will have different departure dates etc. And we won't find that out until after our CA's are made.
We hope we can spend at least a few days of the trip with them!
Good rumors out there about a 9day batch right now! That would be great! I hope things speed up once CCAA finishes Nov. LID's!
