When Will We Get Our Picture?

Anyones guess is as good as mine...and last month even our agency didn't make any predictions for referrals. Never the less I HAVE to run the numbers and every scenario!
Below are some ideas...I wasn't sure if I should be an optimist or a pessimist - so I decided to be both:o)
