It's an Elmo party! And this picture is just so everyone knows that I do not only eat noodles! Not a great picture of my mama - she's scratching her neck or something weird like that...

but I look just smashing...
How old am I? See # of fingers below...Actually, I am holding up 2 fingers b/c I have 2 Elmo party horns but, I also do this for how old I am!

Happy Birthday Part 1 of 4

As it turns out, Mattie had 4 Birthday Celebrations! So, I will do 4 posts. This is the 1st celebration with Big Sis (Big Brother had to go back to school).

We started with chinese noodles...

She is excellent at using chopsticks already!

Disney Presents!!!Big kisses for sissy as a thanks for my presents...We ended the party watching video of big brother Jason, that he sent Ashlee on her phone...

Mattie even figured out what button to push to play it over and over again...she misses her big brother already...Oh look, they brought us Fortune Cookies! Thanks for a great party big sis - I love you SO much!

Mattie said "Bless You" for the first time, when I sneezed tonight! It was SO cute and she was super proud of herself too!

Tomorrow is her BIG day! She turns 2! Here's some final pictures of my 1 year old!

Wearing Baba's shoes and PJ's Grandma gave her...Looks nice together, eh?This is the Mr. Potato Head that Gramps and Mattie put together. She will NOT take it apart, and they made it almost 2 weeks ago! It is now her 'new doll'.

When I ask her, 'what color is Elmo?' Answer (drum roll) "BLUE!"

When she's proud of an accomplishment she throws her arms up in the air and says "du-way" - and in Mandarin d'way means correct/good job.

And tonight when I asked her to tell some friends we bumped into how old she will be tomorrow, she said "2" while holding up 1 finger - LOL!

My little sunshine is officially a toddler! Yikes! Where did the time go!

Hopefully I can get birthday photos up by Sunday. Last year I took over 100...so, I anticipate there will be plenty to choose from!

Mattie Day!!

I'm sorry I haven't posted in a long time - I've been sick for a couple of months; but seem to be getting better so, finally I can post during Mattie's nap instead of laying down! Yay!

For our 1 year anniversary/family day/ gotcha day, we went to a chinese buffet with some of our family.

But it looks like a present made her feel better...

We had a great time celebrating - it's hard to believe it's been a whole year!

I love you my sweet Mattie girl...I love you more than I ever dreamed I could...and I dreamed I would love you more than the air I breathe. God has blessed us beyond words.
